Почти аналогичная проблема на 3660. Запортилась флэш на PCMCIA ( erase
виснет после 3M чистки ), положил IOS на системную флеш. Прописал что надо,
reload, обнаружил, что при буте не читается системная флэш ( rommon> boot
flash: ):

Unknown flash device - mandev code = 0xffff
cannot read flash info
getdevnum warning: device "flash" has size of zero
Unknown flash device - mandev code = 0xffff
cannot read flash info
getdevnum warning: device "flash" has size of zero
open: read error...requested 0x4 bytes, got 0x0
trouble reading device magic number
boot: cannot open "flash:"
boot: cannot determine first file name on device "flash:"

Причем IOS, загруженный по xmodem -r, прекрасно показывает dir flash:

Помогите, уж очень надо загрузиться _именно_ с флэш. Если есть более новый
IOS для этой модели, буду благодарен.
