В описании msgina.doc нашел такую интересную фразу:
LsaRegisterLogonProcess.//идет описание этой функции
This routine clears out all globals, gets the session ID, and saves it in
the globals. It also checks if Control+Alt+Delete is disabled.
Control+Alt+Delete is disabled through the registry key or through a policy.

Очень интересно как запретить CAD "through the registry key" или "through a
policy"?
